We formed this firm because we wanted to invest our own capital in real, tangible assets — and we wanted to do it with the same rigor and discipline we’d apply to any serious financial decision. Every deal we bring to investors is one we’ve underwritten ourselves and invested in alongside them.

Founded in Maryland in 2023, with over four decades of combined real estate and business experience across the partnership.

What We Do

  • Acquire: We source multifamily apartment properties in eastern U.S. markets with strong population growth, favorable economic conditions, and real housing demand. We focus on 8- to 120-unit assets where our operational strengths create measurable value.
  • Improve: We invest in capital improvements that raise quality standards for residents and increase the income-producing capacity of each asset.
  • Manage: Through our operational partnership with Rachuba Management — an IREM-accredited, CPM-certified property management firm — we provide residents with safe, clean, well-maintained homes and investors with consistent, transparent reporting.
